On June 18, 2026, DemirBank signed a credit agreement with Ozone Fitness LLC under the Risk Sharing Facility (RSF) program of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
Ozone Fitness LLC is one of the largest fitness club chains in Uzbekistan, actively developing modern sports infrastructure in the country. The funded capital will be directed towards the construction of new branches as well as the modernization of the chain's existing facilities.
This project marks a significant milestone in the development of regional cooperation and serves as the first example of international financing under the program, where a bank from Kyrgyzstan provides funding to a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in Uzbekistan.
The successful execution of this unique transaction was made possible thanks to the active involvement of DemirBank's Representative Office in Uzbekistan. The local expertise and coordinated efforts of the representative office team enabled effective communication among all parties, laying a solid foundation for a long-term presence and business support in the region.

Supporting the company is another step forward for DemirBank in implementing initiatives aimed at developing sustainable business, expanding access to finance, and strengthening partnerships with international financial institutions.
DemirBank will continue to facilitate the implementation of projects that contribute to the economic development of the region and reinforce business ties between Central Asian countries.
The signing ceremony took place on the sidelines of the Tashkent International Investment Forum.
