How to get a loan?

3.Contact the Bank
Contact any branch of the Bank with the filled-out application and a package of documents.
4.Processing
The application will be processed within 5 business days; thereafter you will be informed of the Bank’s decision*
* The loan application processing period may be extended at the Bank’s discretion
Additional information
The Bank borrower has the following rights:
- Refuse to receive the loan free of charge from the date of signing the Loan Agreement until receiving the funds;
- Receive a draft agreement with all documents attached to it for review, while the time for reviewing the entire agreement(s) is no less than one calendar day and no more than three days prior to the agreement signing;
- Subsequently, apply to the Bank with a request to extend or restructure the loan, in which case the Bank has the right to refuse to do so;
- Obtain clarification on the procedure for calculating loan payments, penalties, and fines;
- Make early repayment of the loan under the terms specified in the Loan Agreement;
- If more than 50% of the principal amount of the loan has been repaid, contact the Bank with a request to replace the collateral, the value of which is at least twice higher than the rest amount of the loan debt (at the discretion of the Bank).

How to repay an online loan?
Repayment of an online loan in the DemirBank mobile application happens automatically. The system deducts the required amount from your main account at the bank.
To fund your account and repay the loan, you can:
- Deposit cash through payment terminals of any bank to your DemirBank account
- Transfer funds to your DemirBank account using one of the methods: via QR code, account number, or phone number.
After depositing funds on the payment day according to the payment schedule, the system will automatically deduct the required amount from your account to repay the loan. You can track payments in the DemirBank mobile app.
